In December 2015 I had blepharoplasty surgery on both lower lids. PS took some stitches out after 12 days, but left remaining for another 14 days. About 2 mos ago I notched a little white hard bump developing on outer part of my right eye at the site where the stitch had protruded through the skin. I went back to the PS a week ago and he assured me it was common and no problem to remove with a needle. I'm wondering if indeed this is common and is it anything to be overly concerned about?
