Hair fall after treatment with PRP and minokem f 5%?

Although I am not sure what minokem-f 5% is (it sounds like a compounded formulation) the following 4 treatments have been shown to help regrow and keep hair - and even help stop a shed like you describe:
1) finasteride 1mg-5mg
2) minoxidil 5% (foam seems best)
3) shampoos including zinc, selenium, coal tar, and ketoconazole
4) light therapy (photobiomodulation) 20-30 min every day or every other day
If you had to choose, and you are in your 20s, #1 would be finasteride.  Good luck!

It is not uncommon to shed up to 50 or so hairs per day.The effects of PRP are fairly short lived -perhaps months.It is possible that you fall into the small percentage of people who do not respond to Minoxidil -adding Finasteride may be helpful.I would discuss this with your doctor.
