Betamethasone Dipropionate 0.05 lotion. Is it a safe and effective to use after dermarolling with 0.50mm?

Is it a safe and effective to use after dermarolling with 0.50mm? Lastly, can women take Saw Palmetto, Pygeum Africanum, Beta-Sitosterol these are all DHT BLOCKERS. Sadly the Nizoral Shampoo and Spironolactone don't seem to help with the massive amount of shedding, that always ends with a new bald.
