Are there any doctor's that would do pro bono surgery or work with me on payments I am disabled and need help?

I survived Cushing's disease(12 years before diagnosed). after tumor removed got spinal menangitis then coma, God saved me. lost the 120lbs from tumor. Broke back 1yr. later. breast cancer 1 yr. later had reconstructive surgery doctor promised size C breast & gave me DD. Used skin and fat from tummy,promised to cut all off since cutting off anyway and didn't. Excess make back worse,i'm disabled & depressed is constant reminder. Need help start new chapter in life no reminder after surgery.
