Dear Tonyagto,It completely depends on which back rolls to which you are referring. With a 360 lower bodylift, abdominal skin and fat, saddlebags, and excess skin and fat of the upper buttocks are removed. In the front, the abdominal skin is pulled downward. The end result is a flat upper and lower abdomen. In the back, the buttocks skin is pulled upward. This results in a flat buttock, however the excess skin and fat and wrinkles are limited. Since the buttock is pulled upward, the upper back rolls are not significantly affected. The upper back fat rolls are removed with techniques dependent on severity. If there is just back fat, I would suggest upper back liposuction. If there is a significant amount of excess skin and fat of the upper back, I would suggest a torsoplasty. One technique involves an incision from the armpits to the hips. Another technique, involves a horizontal incision across the upper back across the bra strap line. Good luck on your weight loss journey.
