Thank you for sharing your question and posting your photos. You need to see an experienced oculoplastic surgeon in person for better evaluation and guidance. From the photo it is difficult to determine what the problem is. Good luck,
Hello,We are familiar with Restylane SILK but do not prefer to use this product for under eye injections due to the higher chance of migration and movement with a thin product. Based upon the time line and treatment, we don't believe this is anything other than a small amount of product (filler) that left a "bleb" as it's too superficial. Your practitioner should be able to remedy this quickly with a little bit of hyaluronidase as all swelling should be resolved within the first two weeks. The below link has information on the use of Hyaluronidase.Regards.
Fillers tend to fully dissolve after a year. This is likely to be the result of another medical issue. I suggest scheduling a follow up with your PCP. If you believe this is directly related to the filler, I would suggest contacting the doctor who performed your fillers for a follow-up. Best, Dr. Emer.
Restylane should dissolve over the course of about a year. If you were having any kind of reaction to the filler it likely would have been at the begging or shortly after your treatment. I would recommend seeing a doctor and getting the remainder of the filler dissolved.
Thanks for your question and helpful photos. It's a little hard to tell if there is a problem with the filler, or if something else is going on, but sometimes people do develop late complications or nodules after even the softest fillers. The tear troughs are notoriously tricky to inject. I would recommend returning to your injector and seeing if they think this is a granuloma or nodule from filler, and ask if they think dissolving it with hyaluronidase would be helpful. Sometimes that helps, but it is also something only an advanced, experienced injector would be best at doing. Please see an expert, and best of luck!
For unique cases where a variety of modalities could be used to treat the condition, I would suggest an in-person or virtual consultation to develop a custom and effective treatment plan. It is difficult to precisely define the best option without collecting the same information. I suggest...
Thanks for your question and photos. You might want to ask your dermatologist about microneedling with or without radiofrequency or PRP. This is a useful modality to help with some of those stubborn fine lines and wrinkles that are difficult to fill. Also take a look at any...
Thanks for your question. There can be swelling and some "lumps and bumps" for up to a week or two after any filler, so I would definitely give it some time to settle and see if things even out. You can try some gentle massage if there are visible nodules near the surface of the...
