Could a breast lift alone help reshape my breasts?

I am 38, have three children and will not be having more so am interested in options of what a breast lift could realistically do to improve the shape of my breasts. More similar shape they are while cupped vs exposed? At this time I do not think I would even consider implants, I am just a bit of a hypochondriac (tiny bit) and the idea of possibly having to explant them or replace, gives me anxiety.
