Thank you for your question. Without photos or a face to face consult, it is difficult to assess the amount of Dysport units needed to reduce your forehead lines. The dose depends on factors such as your age, severity of wrinkles, muscle strength, facial symmetry and your personal goals. If placed appropriately, 30 units of Dysport in the forehead (clinically known as the frontalis) will generally improve existing wrinkles. However, in some cases up to 60 units are needed for one treatment. It is very common to also treat the muscles (corrugators and glabella) that create lines between the eyebrows when treating the frontalis. This area is usually injected with 36-48 units. It is important to consult with an experienced injector to create a unique plan for your desired results, and to provide you with a safe and effective treatment. Best of luck, Dr. Kian
