In somebody who has a lax abdominal wall with overhanging skin, and significant fat in their hip rolls, a tummy tuck with liposuction of those hip rolls (love handles) will sculpt the abdomen and back, while lifting the buttocks and making it appear larger, without actually placing any fat in the buttocks itself.Again, this is based on the photo.
