It was smooth just above my belly button before now lumpy. Is this my end result of my tummy? I wore my garment for about 6 weeks 23/7 then 8/12 hrs a day until about 10 weeks now I'm wearing a waist trainer sometimes with foam sometimes not. Is there anything I can do?
