Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

Thank you for you question.  You are not too young to address the fat under your chin.  Before doing so, I would recommend that you feel comfortable that you're at your ideal weight. Weight gain or loss can affect fullness under the chin.  If you feel you're at your ideal weight, there are two non-invasive options.  The first, Kybella, is a series of injections.  The second is Coolsculpting, which involves application of a small device under the chin for a 30 minute treatment.  The more invasive option is liposuction.  All work well and would depend on your physical exam.  Please see a board-certified plastic surgeon experienced in facial contouring.

Young patients with double chin are usually excellent candidates for chin liposuction. The procedure permanently removes the fullness under the chin, thus correcting the double chin.
In my practice I routinely perform the procedure under local anesthesia. Downtime is about one week due to the swelling and the chin wrap that must be used for at least 5 days

For a double chin, InMode FaceTite with VASERlipo would give you the best result.
With significant neck sagging you would need a facelift / neck lift with muscle tightening (platysmaplasty). At the same time, I would recommend lasers (Fraxel, CO2, or Erbium) and microneedling RF (Fractora, Morpheus8, Intensif) to improve the crepey skin and wrinkles. Overall, the neck can be treated with a combination approach:
1. Microneedling and laser treatments for texture
2. Botox, Dysport, Xeomin or Jeuveau to help platysmal bands
3. Intensif, Fractora, or Morpheus8 microneedling RF for crepey skin and lifting
4. Injectable fillers like Belotero, Restylane Silk, and Juvederm Volbella to improve lines and folds
5. Face/neck lifting if sagging is prominent or premature, with or without platysmaplasty (muscle tightening)
6. Renuvion (J-Plasma), ThermiRF, and InMode FaceTite/AccuTite for internal tightening
7. Ultherapy and Thermage for external tightening
8. Regular Venus Legacy, Exilis Ultra, or InMode Forma treatments with facials to maintain tightness
9. PDO NovaThreads or Silhouette InstaLift cone threads for lifting and long-term collagen production

I appreciate your question. Based on your photos, it appears you have a recessed chin that could be improved using a chin implant. This procedure can be customized to your precise goals and facial proportions to produce a look that is both natural and balanced with the rest of your facial profile. It is possible that this procedure alone will get you the results you want. However, an in-person assessment with an experienced, board-certified facial plastic surgeon will determine the best treatment plan for you.

 The photographs demonstrate a recessive chin profile for which a chin implant can significantly improve the look of your jawline and give you better structural support for the soft tissues in the neck. Liposuction of fatty deposits in the neck also give you improvement as well. Both procedures can be performed at a local or general anesthesia. 

The primary reason you have a little bit of a double chin or fullness in this area has to do with the shape and size of your jaw bone or mandible.It is somewhat small and lacks projection. You most likely have a dental overbite which often goes hand-in-hand.At the same time, your chin is a little bit pointed. Because of this at chin implant may not be the best option though it often is for people whose primary problem is skeletal rather than soft tissue.Liposuction works great in this area even though it doesn’t address the primary problem.I would avoid treatments like Kybella.Liposuction is straightforward. I suggest having several in person consultations with experienced local board-certified plastic surgeons who have good reputations.If done correctly you will appreciate the outcome.Young people typically do much better with fat removal than other people.
