What can be done about a overly prominent chin pad? I can move the tissue around and it almost looks button like and thick. Feel like im noticed its getting worse as i age. My side profile seems almost flat and long with my chin sticking out kind of like a shelf especially when I smile it's almost like my smile sucks into my face making everything around my smile stick out.
