Will chin liposuction give me a more define profile? I do not like my double chin. Also my nose is crooked will a nose job fix this? Can I make my nose smaller? My nose has a bulbous tip I do not like it. If so how smaller Can I make my nose? ( I blurred my pictures for privacy)

As far as your nose is concerned, a carefully performed tip rhinoplasty would help harmonize your nose. It isn't crooked as you have normal facial asymmetries that we all have. A closed rhinoplasty procedure can accomplish straightening the crooked nose, reduction of the bulbous tip with all the incisions placed on the inside of the nose.
