Will chin liposuction and a nose job give me a better side profile? (Photo)

Neck liposuction is a great option for patients with good skin elasticity and excess fat in the neck and around the jawline. Liposuction is effective at removing this excess fat and stimulating the skin to contract over time to create improved angulation and definition along the jawline. A chin implant would give more definition. I recommend seeing an expert.Your nose could be improved with rhinoplasty, which would give permanent improvements. When you meet with a facial plastic surgeon, he or she will consider your nose in balance with your other features. You can bring some photos of noses that you think would be flattering to your face and these can be discussed. Cost will vary due to many factors and can be discussed at your consultation.  I hope this helps.

Hello,Thanks for your question. You will not benefit from liposuction as you don't have extra fat. As far as your nose is concerned, a carefully performed tip rhinoplasty would help harmonize your nose. It isn't crooked as you have normal facial asymmetries that we all have. Based on your photo you are a good candidate for chin liposuction, Chin liposuction may be an option, it makes you look younger and more attractive with a sharp jawline , and better facial proportions.
I recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon for a good evaluation and to talk about your goals.

Good morning and thank you for your question. You are correct in your assumption that the aesthetics of the chin and nose are closely tied to one another. Balance between the chin and the nose are essential both on front view and profile. In your case, I do not see any significant issues with your chin, but your nose could be enhanced slightly to achieve better balance and aesthetics. An in person consultation would be required to adequately assess the nose and chin. In most cases, if changes need to be made to the chin, better and more lasting outcomes can be achieved by altering the bony anatomy rather than with soft tissue adjustments such as liposuction. Liposuction can also produce minor contour irregularities that can compromise the aesthetics of the chin in younger patients. Best of luck.

 There does not appear to be any fatty deposits in the neck is worthwhile undergoing liposuction in that area. A closed rhinoplasty procedure can accomplish straightening the crooked nose, reduction of the bulbous tip with all the incisions placed on the inside of the nose. Based on your pictures my personal opinion is that you do not need any surgical intervention and you should not have surgical intervention.
I don't believe liposuction it will add any thing to improve your profile.
I don't see your nose as being crooked.
On your profile your nose has the appearance of possibly having had a rhinoplasty in the past.
I would not describe your nasal tip as bulbous.
No treatment is sometimes an excellent option.

 Hi, I have performed many facial shaping procedures using dermal fillers, silastic facial implants (cheek, chin, lips), liposuction and/or facelifts for over 30 years.  From the photos, your cheeks are very flat in the front, the chin is weak (there is no excess fat under the chin to speak of) and the nose has a very slight C-shape with a nasal tip that is a bit wide.  These combine to create an elongated, oval shaped face.  
 Following my beauty principles, women look the most feminine, youthful and attractive with heart shaped faces.  Heart shaped faces have cheeks that are full and round in the front.  Cheek augmentation with a dermal filler or using cheek implants for a permanent enhancement will create full, round cheeks that will feminize the entire face.
 I have performed many Chin Augmentations using chin implants for over 30 years.  From the photos, your chin is weak.  A weak chin creates an imbalance making the nose appear larger, the mid face top heavy and the lower face look short that de-emphasizes the lips and allows early formation of a double chin.  Chin augmentation using a chin implant will add projection to the chin creating harmony and balance to the lower face. 
 I have found that placement of a silastic chin implant, through a small curved incision under the chin (also allows excess skin removal) to be very safe, quick, highly effective and far less invasive than a sliding genioplasty.  I perform chin implant surgery in 30 minutes or less, often using a local anesthetic alone.  In my opinion, you are a good candidate for chin implant surgery.
Finally, a Closed Rhinoplasty can thin and refine the nasal tip.
