I am getting chin and neck liposuction in January. My question is after the procedure within the next few years I would like to have children, my concern is when I do get pregnant will it come back?

What you describe is a known complication from Chin or neck liposuction.
It almost certainly represents an injury to the buccal branch of the facial nerve.
