Cost for chin liposuction
Cost will vary depending on many factors.... first of all it differs depending on if a board certified plastic surgeon is performing the surgery or not. Also, if the surgery is performed in a hospital based operating room vs. an office setting, if a board certified anesthesiologist is involved vs. a nurse (or sometimes performing procedures under local anesthesia), etc. Please be careful when doing your research to make sure your surgeon is properly trained and has experience in this procedure.
A range in my practice would be $2500-$4500.
Please don't "shop around" for the cheapest price - look for a surgeon who has experience and can show you examples. Also, safety should be your TOP PRIORITY!
Liposuction of the neck costs $1800 (all fees included).
Although there might be variation in the occasional patient, this is my fee for neck lipo under local anesthesia. If patients want more anesthesia, it would be more expensive.

Cost factors vary significantly for a number of good reasons: Prices vary greatly because the surgery itself encompasses a wide range of techniques that can be performed to different extents. My recommendation is to first find the most qualified surgeons where you want the surgery performed that are board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery you trust, then compare prices between them. See the below link on suggestions on how to find the most qualified plastic surgeon for your procedure. General Factors that influence the price of plastic surgery include:
1. Location - Will it be performed in a hospital with an overnight stay, an independent out- patient facility or a doctor’s office? Geographical location also has a significant influence. RealSelf has average charges for most areas of the USA.
2. Type of Anesthesia - local, IV sedation or General Anesthesia? Will a board certified anesthesiologist, nurse anesthetist, or an RN be used? 3. Experience and training of your surgeon. The best and longest trained is most often a plastic surgeon board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery 4. Length and Complexity of Surgery - how difficult will your surgery be and how long it will take, etc. Will other complementary procedures also be also performed during the same surgery?

Thank you for your question. Cost is typically determined by amount of time required to perform the procedure, as well as specific facility costs. Following an in-person consultation with an experienced provider, a patient-care coordinator can review specific financial information related to the selected treatment plan.

Over the age of 45, many people lose skin elasticity and, if you fall into that category, you may need a neck lift along with the neck liposuction so the skin doesn't hang afterwards. The best way to determine if you are a candidate for either is to visit a surgeon who specializes in facial plastic surgery procedures.

Chin Liposuction in the Midwestern, US: $1000-$1500
Chin liposuction costs vary and are dependent upon multiple factors. These include the surgeon’s fee, facility fee, anesthesia charges, location of the liposuction procedure and the type of liposuction performed. The approach to liposuction varies from physician to physician. Some surgeons use general anesthesia, some use a hospital, and some use techniques that involve expensive technology. Each of these variables can affect the cost of chin liposuction.
Obtaining liposuction fee quotes on the telephone or internet can be confusing. Therefore, it’s important to meet with a physician and know exactly what he or she is talking about. Make sure you’re not talking apples and oranges and that you’re getting a fee quote for a comparable procedure.
In the Midwestern United States, chin liposuction fees range from $1000 to $1500. This would typically include the surgeons fee, facility fee, anesthesia charges and after care.
Cost is obviously important, but it’s also important to be comfortable with the surgeon’s qualifications and experience. Make sure you get all your questions answered and are comfortable with your surgeon.
Cost of chin liposuction
The cost of cosmetic surgery including chin liposuction is driven by 3 factors. These are anesthesia doctors fee, surgeon's fee, and operating room fee. The other determining factor is whether simple chin liposuction of the submental fat will be enough of a result for the patient versus performing a neck lift which is removal of sub-platysmal fat as well as sub-mental fat and a platysma plasty.
