Chin insecurity/ weak side profile. What are my options? (Photo)

 The side profile photographs demonstrate a recessive/ weak chin profile for which a chin implant can improve. Chin implants are manufactured large array of  thicknesses, sizes, and shapes which is best determined at the time of the consultation and examination. In our practice, we place chin implants under local anesthesia as an outpatient procedure which takes approximately 30 minutes. Good evening and thank you for your question.You seem to have mildly smaller chin than it should be and yes you are right the jaw profile is a little weak. I would suggest the use of juviderm fillers in order to achieve the best jaw line as well as a slight chin augmentation that will really enhance your looks a lot.Thanks and regards, Dr. Amit Gupta

You appear to have a smaller dimension to the lower jaw from front to back as compared to the 'ideal' you prefer. Improvement would involve a genioplasty along with augmentation of the jawline from the 'jaw angles/at the ear - to the chin. This is a commonly performed procedure for some of us and very esthetic.
