I’ve always felt like my chin was small and made my face look odd- I hate the lower half of my face from all angles but I especially hate my side profile, it looks like I have no jaw definition and my chin looks terrible. I absolutely hate it and am severely insecure about it. What are my options to help make my chin and jaw look more defined? I’ve attached pictures of myself and the last two are what I would like to look like.

Narrowing the wide face is usually done with cheekbone reduction osteoormies and jawline reduction osteotomies. Your pointy chin can be reduced through an intraoral approach.
With the dimensional needs of vertical and width reduction with horizontal advancement, that can only be achieved by a modified form of a sliding genioplasty.
