I’m 23, and was told by 2 board certified plastic surgeons that there’s not much fat there, and that I have a double chin just by anatomy. Could mylohyoid exercises strengthen and lift the hyoid bone so I have a much better angle? Also when I was a younger until about 14 I had a nice neck angle.
