27/f. I have a chin that looks bigger when smiling and I have a horizontal smile with little incisor show.in repose there are bulges of tissue on either side of my chin just below the bottom lip and no tooth show.. Based on research, i think I have hypoplasia as well as maybe a ptotic chin and/or overactive mentalis muscle. What is the best way to get a more feminine, smooth chin, and more importantly - is there any way to do that ANY improve upper incisoral display?
