What procedure do I need to make my hips wider? (photo)

Question

I'd like wider hips because my shoulders are much wider than my hips, 6 inches wider to be exact..I am an introverted triangle shape...which looks horrible. So, I need at least 3 or more inches on each hip to be in balance with my shoulders and look normal. can anyone please suggest any type of procedure, injections, implants or anything that is SAFE and affordable? let me know thanks a bunch!!What procedure do I need for make my hips wider? Your desires can be safely accomplished with fat grafting to your hips. Cost is dependent on operating room time and surgery complexity. Visit with a few plastic surgeons to educate yourself and find a staff your comfortable with.good luck

Thank you for the question and picture.The BBL procedure involves harvest fat from areas of your body where there is excess fat and injecting that fat carefully into the central zone of your buttock. In addition, it involves liposculpting the buttock to facilitate a more rounded look. The common donor sites for this procedure is your posterior waist/flanks, lateral thighs, back, waist, and anterior tummy. Please visit with a board certified plastic surgeon.

Wider hips at the level of the iliac crests can be achieved by the use of fat grafting. It may not be possible to achieve a 3 inch increase on each side but that would depend on how much fat you have to harvest and how much would survive afterwards. Hip implants are also available but the safest technique with the least risk of any problems would be fat grafting.
