Would an upper bleph fix my uneven eyelids? (Photos)

Do I need an upper bleph to make my eyelids more even? Would I get it on just my left eye to remove the heavy fold or would both eyes need to be operated? I’ve also heard of people using upper eyelids filler but not sure if that’s the right procedure for this

You would benefit from a brow lift with the incision in the hairline. This will lower your hairline, decrease the vertical height of your forehead and lift your eyebrows. You may or may not need a blepharoplasty. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

It appears that mayor reason is the fact that your have small cheek bones, condition known as malar hypoplasia. That creates sunken looking eyes with dark circles. Correction should involve augmentation of the cheek bones with implant and fat grafts on top and around the orbit. Hope this helps....

You have ptosis (drooping) of the left upper eyelid. There are numerous causes of ptosis, the most common being the slippage of the muscle that elevates the lid. Once the cause is identified, treatment is generally surgery to elevate the lid to restore symmetry. Best to see an eyelid expert.
