Over lipoed thighs. Is it possible to get fat grafting to fix my inner thighs to make them full again? Woke up from surgery after telling the dr I did not want thigh lipo to this. They are sagging as well as looks like way too much was taken out

Delivering consistent quality, liposuction results is more difficult than most people realize.
Not everybody seeking Liposuction is a good candidate for the procedure.
Some anatomic areas are also not ideal to have Liposuction in regards to getting quality outcomes.
Inner thigh Liposuction generally has much lower overall patient satisfaction than other anatomic areas.
The area is also technically difficult to treat well and not all plastic surgeons Have this skill and experience to do this procedure well.
There should be absolutely no confusion about what surgery is going to be done.
Patience always signed consent forms before being given anesthesia. That clearly indicates what the surgeon is scheduled to do during the procedure.
 if you didn’t want inter-thigh liposuction done it should not have been on the consent form.
I’m not sure the context of your situation, but both patients and providers should have a clear understanding of what is being done before the procedure starts.
Improving poor Liposuction results is inherently difficult and only partial improvements are possible.
Attempts at reversing Liposuction with fat transfer is unlikely to give you a quality outcome.
It is technically possible to do, but it is unlikely to give you high-quality results.
There may be a room for some improvement With revision surgery.
Attempts at improving Liposuction outcome with fat transfer is often technically difficult, and may require multiple procedures. Any attempt at improving Liposuction results can also make things worse.
Considering that revision work is many times more difficult than primary Liposuction, the number of plastic surgeons, but truly have the capacity to take on this kind of work and Deliver consistent quality outcomes is pretty low.
 Most likely your best option is to accept the outcome the way it is or potentially consider revision work with further Liposuction if there are areas that are uneven.
In some situations results can potentially be improved by converting the procedure to a skin tightening operation like doing a tummy tuck on someone who has skin laxity with poor Liposuction results of their lower abdomen.
If your provider was not capable of delivering quality, Liposuction results during the first procedure, then they most likely are not the right provider to be doing revision work.
Depending on how motivated you are to move forward with any revision is something that needs to be thought through carefully.
The time and effort to find the right provider can be substantial guided.
I generally recommend patience start the process by first, having multiple in person, consultations with plastic surgeons in their community, who have a proven track record of doing quality liposuction with or without fat transfer.
 Before selecting a provider, I recommend patients have in person consultations.
I highly recommend people avoid virtual consultations, whenever possible
There’s no correct number of consultations needed to find the right plastic surgeon.
The more consultations you scheduled the more likely are to find the better provider for your needs.
The biggest mistake I see patients make is scheduling only one consultation, and then scheduling surgery.
Having only one consultation, more or less eliminates the ability to choose a better provider.
 During each consultation, ask each provider to open up their portfolio and show you their entire collection of before, and after pictures of the previous patients who had similar body characteristics to your own.
Make sure you see an ample collection of results for each area being considered.
 Shawna handful of pre-selected images, representing the best results of a providers career may be insufficient to get a clear understanding of what averages results look like in the hands of each provider.
And provider should have no difficulty showing you at least 50 previous patients before and after pictures.
 When reviewing results, make sure the provider is showing you examples of patients at similar body characteristics to your own graded paragraph candidacy, and Liposuction varies greatly from personal person.
Any degree of skin laxity will significantly lessen someone’s candidacy for this procedure.

Skin laxity is usually the major problem and removing fat can make the skin laxity worse. There’s no correct number of consultations needed to find the right provider.
Considering how much variation there is among plastic surgeons in regards to Liposuction skill and experience, I think having four or five consultations before considering selecting a provider is probably appropriate.
For revision work you may need to schedule a substantial number of consultations before finding the right provider to help give you guidance and potentially do any secondary procedure.
