You need to send your photos to a surgeon, or surgeons, to get opinions about how predictable/unpredictable it might be to make some substantial improvements, given your history. That might be a place to start.
Remember that rhinoplasty is an exquisitely difficult operation to get right, and you should only have surgery if you are able to make yourself very confident in your surgeon's skills. Any revision, especially a 4th time, requires advanced techniques and skill that most plastic surgeons don't possess with expertise.
