I had my 3rd revision rhinoplasty after my fractured nose in childhood. My last rhinoplasty in Turkey with cadaver implant was a disaster. He made my nose wide, asymmetrical, and I can’t breathe on the right side. I have wide nostrils and feels like I have no defined tip as he made it wide and round even though I’m Eastern European and our ethnically noses are usually never this shape.
