Thus you dont need to worry about perfoming them at a time unless you have very much to do with your nose like rib cartilge usage or any other thing that complicates your revision rhinoplasty. The healing would of course be a little longer but you will have get it all done under only one general anesthesia. For this kind of combination, please make sure to go for it with an experienced doctor, who has done this kind of combination before.

In my practice that combination is done routinely, with the advantage of one recovery. One issue for some surgeons may be the length of surgery. Ideally elective surgery should be limited to 5 hours or so. Very prolonged procedures increase the risk.

In our practice, we performed the combination a facelift and rhinoplasty frequently. The reason we do this because patients undergo one anesthesia with one recovery period and are back to work at two weeks. A full set of facial and nasal photographs are required make a determination about being a candidate for both procedures.
