Unhappy with nose 6 months post rhino, in your opinion is it botched? (Photos)

Will revision rhinoplasty be viable ? I am 6 months in post primary rhino and I am unhappy with how my nose looks due to: -pinched nose tip -flared nostrils -retracted columella -struggle breathing Initially my nose tip was slightly bulbous however now has been pinched beyond what I had wished for. This has also resulted in flared nostrils and overall it makes my features look too sharp and off-balance. I think the columella has also been retracted too much. Would you say I should opt for revision? Is it worth the risks ?

The key issue when it comes to revision is "Is my nose worse than it started?".  If it's not, and yours definitely isn't, revision is not a good idea. It may not be a bad idea, but it's definitely not a good one.  You need to wait until 12 months, and talk to your surgeon. And stop wasting your mental energy thinking about it until then, it's not useful.

In my opinion, your rhinoplasty result isn't terrible. Nostril narrowing is a procedure that may be performed in the office, and microdroplet Silikon-1000 may be considered for adding volume to your deep supra-alar creases. If you're having significant breathing issues, Revision rhinoplasty with lateral crural strut grafts may be necessary. Consider getting a second opinion from another reputable rhinoplasty specialist. It looks like you have a deviation especially on the tip and your dorsum looks low. I would need better photos to make a better evaluation.
