I am 6 months in post primary rhino and I am unhappy with how my nose looks due to: -pinched nose tip -flared nostrils -retracted columella -struggle breathing Initially my nose tip was slightly bulbous however now has been pinched beyond what I had wished for. This has also resulted in flared nostrils and overall it makes my features look too sharp and off-balance. I think the columella has also been retracted too much. Would you say I should opt for revision? Is it worth the risks ?
