Can a septal extension graft be replaced with ear cartilage?

spongebob1111
I had a septal extension graft made out of rib for tip support, I am looking for a revision for other reasons but while i do get it i'm not a big fan of the stiffness & i also feel some discomfort there. I was wondering if ear cartilage can be used instead so it's a little less stiff but still gets support?
