Can my nose be saved? I had 2 revisions already (Photo)

Question

I had 3 surgeries in total. 1 open, and the next two closed. The first revision left me with a small hump which he agreed to remove and now I have bigger problems because on the side he used cartilage graft from my ear, it’s looking uneven. I literally don’t want my nose to change I just want it to match the other side. I am devastated. Please recommend to me who is an expert in these types of revisions or if a filler could fix this.

Overall you appear to have a pleasing nasal appearance and a fourth surgery should be avoided if at all possible. It's not clear from your narrative how far you are post-operatively. That fullness on the right side of your bridge may just be swelling and it may dissipate. Try not to worry and if you like, consider me asking your question with before and after photos. Hello! Thank you for your question.I have tried to evaluate your case from the photos and information you provided.I can recommend you a revision surgery to correct the right side of your nose. It looks like the rib has moved a little. But please keep in mind that I highly recommend you to have an open rhinoplasty for the revision.
