33 y/o female - Rapidly aging undereye area (photo)

Question

I'm a 33 y/o female and I've recently noticed a big change in my undereye area, especially under my right eye. I actually sleep on my left side, so I'm confused what's going on. The skin appears more weathered, wrinkled, and also puffy right by my eye on the outer corner. Does anyone have insight on why this might be happening and what solutions will fix it? Also - I'm not sure if this is related or not, but I had undereye filler about 4 years ago and it was dissolved about 2 years ago.

The lower eyelids are one of the first areas to start to show signs of aging.  One good solution is PRF or platelet rich fibrin.  I prefer a formulation called ezGEL.

It is very difficult to give you a meaningful advice based on these photos. Larger, close up photos, which show both eyelids, cheeks and forehead would help.

More information is needed, such as a closer up view of your eyelids from all angles when you're not smiling to make a determination about how best to proceed. The primary goal for lower eyelid surgery is to remove herniated fat deposits in the lower lids creating the puffy look. That fat is removed through a trans conjunctival approach on the inside of the lower lids. At age 33, you do not have excess skin on your lower lids at rest.
