64 years old, hhave hashimotos and other autoimmune disease as well as sinus issues , prone to undereye edema and hyperpigmentation. just feel that the area under my eyes is so aging.had undereye blepharoplasty 11 years ago.

On your photos I don't see the vertical lines you mention, but I do see horizontal lines under your eyes. If this is the issue, then they look like malar bags. These bags can be camouflaged with fillers or fat grafting. They can also be directly excised, which is a more predictable and permanent solution. The scar for the excision is usually imperceptible in this area after it heals.

Looking at you to post photos I am not sure what you mean by vertical lines?? An appearance I might recommend the Endo laser, full face and lower eyelid treatment under local anesthesia or IV sedation local anesthesia.
