Asymmetrical Corrections - one side of face is drooped and lowered. Will a facelift and fat reduction fix this? (Photos)

Greetings, In the photos that I have provided, you can see that one side of my face is slightly drooped/lowered. This is mostly manifested in the eye and slightly in the cheek. I am most certain that this is caused by a one sided chewing habit that I have developed when I was younger. Is it possible that this can be fixed by a facelift on that side and possibly a fat reduction as well since the cheek on the drooped side is slightly puffier and not as sharp as the other side. Your feeback will be much appreciated. Thank you.
