18 months post revision Rhinoplasty - Pressure necrosis, infection, or something else? (photos)

I had a revision rhinoplasty almost 2 years ago. Everything was great until about 6 months ago when I developed redness on the tip, then two, hard white nodules began to show more and more. I also noted I had filler placed in the nose 10 days before for asymmetry. I completely forgot about this until now, 6 months later. Redness is hit or miss but the hard nodules remain. I’m terrified, literally. My surgeon didn’t say anything really, just to leave it. Im at a total loss. Help me :(
