I had a revision rhinoplasty almost 2 years ago. Everything was great until about 6 months ago when I developed redness on the tip, then two, hard white nodules began to show more and more. I also noted I had filler placed in the nose 10 days before for asymmetry. I completely forgot about this until now, 6 months later. Redness is hit or miss but the hard nodules remain. I’m terrified, literally. My surgeon didn’t say anything really, just to leave it. Im at a total loss. Help me :(

Hi, thank you for the question. The nose side bones dorsum (and bulky nosetip) has some irregularities. A revision would make it much better Especially tip: with sliding cartilage maneuvers and other tip suturing.. Bridge: should be narrowed. You should be ready for second surgery. Regards. Dr...
Indentations are certainly possible after a revision. These are most easily handled by injecting a filler into the area. If it works well, then silicone, which is permanent can be used. Be sure to see an experienced injector to have this done.
Hi, thank you for your question. The problem can be solved with another grafts as well as alar rim graft putting (the other issue), to me.. Warmest regards. Cem Altindag
