My original breast augmentation in 2020 gave me a result with very little lower pole fullness. Basically, in a profile view of my body, I want to see projection and roundness in the bottom half of the breast. My current profile silhouette looks like I don’t have implants at all. What would you do to achieve that look in a patient? Should I be looking at tear drop implants instead of round silicone?
Answer: Surgery You did not post photos, so I cannot be specific. I am not a fan of the teardrop implants since the round ones become teardrop shape when you stand. Tear drop implants are textured and I prefer smooth implants for less long-term risks. You may need a lift or your implants may be sitting high from a capsule. Photos would be very helpful.
