I am happy with my profiles and don’t mind the nose is slightly different on each side but I think since one nostril sits high it’s creating the uneven frontal view. My nostril base was not moved up/down during my primary surgery. I am very self conscious of the asymmetry but don’t know if it’s worth making a consultation or I’ll be brushed off for it being within “normal” limits of asymmetry.
