My previous surgery was a fail and now i have a huge shapeless nasal bridge and a pointy tip. I had a collapse from my first surgery on one side so the new dr did osteotomies and put cartilage on the collapsed side. The thing is now it looks like a balloon. Can i get the bones and cartilage shaved a bit with revision or will it collapse again?

Answer: Balancing Aesthetics and Function in Nasal Surgery
Septum deformity cannot be asessed only with outside photos. The inside of the nose needs to be observed together with the outside. Please find an ENT facial plastic surgeon nearby and get consultation. Both functional and aesthetic issues can be treated successfully together. Thanks.
I think you have a deviated bony dorsum due to previous trauma.
If your septum is straight, straightening your bony bridge with oseotomy will help you to have more symmetrical nose. Left side obstruction may also be derived from depressed left bony wall, and it can be fixed with proper osteotomy...
One of many challenges in rhinoplasty that can be improved is a crooked nasal profile. It is better for you to consult with a facial plastic surgeon who can examine you and discuss the surgical procedure and the post op recovery process.
