Based on your photos, you appear to have a nice result! And your tip does appear a bit swollen, likely since you have relatively thick nasal skin. In many instances, slight nostril asymmetry may be addressed permanently with microdroplet Silikon1000. The goal would be to lower your left nostril margin a drop. Hope this helps! Dr Joseph
