Hello! I had a rhinoplasty a while back to correct my tip and to straighten my nose. Overall the nose is much better than before. I visited the Dr. several times and last time was at 8 months after surgery. He mentioned it would be better to wait to see if this small bump decreases. However, now after almost a year and a half I believe this is not related to any swelling. What do you think it could be? Do you think it would require a revision? It is more visible on one side

Answer: What you should know about revision rhinoplasty
There is always a chance to reduce the volume of the bony and cartilaginous components of the nose. Since the function of the nose is also important, we should keep in mind that the angles and relationships of the structural parts are crucial as well.
Septum deformity cannot be asessed only with outside photos. The inside of the nose needs to be observed together with the outside. Please find an ENT facial plastic surgeon nearby and get consultation. Both functional and aesthetic issues can be treated successfully together. Thanks.
I think you have a deviated bony dorsum due to previous trauma.
If your septum is straight, straightening your bony bridge with oseotomy will help you to have more symmetrical nose. Left side obstruction may also be derived from depressed left bony wall, and it can be fixed with proper osteotomy...
