I had a septorhinoplasty performed in 2018. My doctor said when I got out of surgery that the deviation was pretty bad. All in all I am very happy with the result both cosmetically and functionally, however I notice that my nose still leans slightly to the right. Is it noticeable enough to inquire about a revision or do you think it's ok as it is?
