I have had four surgeries - Will I need another neck lift? (Photos)

I was given a neck surgery and after 3 surgeries with the first surgeon, It got worse each time. A new surgeon attempted to fix but the skin was stretched so far out and the first surgeon left a rejected and infected implant in my face for 3 months before removal. I fear my neck needs another neck lift? Also my right ear is still in pain & swollen Which is the side that is more saggy. It looks significantly better have been through a lot & trying to do as minimal as possible. After spending 3 years now isolated/ / 4 surgeries / infections/ complications / being in constant pain / disfigured / agorophobia / PTSD / not living my life - I am worried I cannot take much more and hoped one last surgery would be the end of my nightmare. I was told I was given a cobra neck deformity and needed a neck lift/ lower face lift/ possible fat transfer but no one recommends this safely and the fat is lumpy? I am now strong again, but taking anymore surgeries sounds brutal. I have been suffering for going on 3 years/ disfigured and back to back surgeries. I have been in pain the entire time. Isolated and not living. Every PTO day off I have has been spent on trying to fix this. I have not been even on a vacation in 3 years. It is just back to back pain ans suffering and I dont have time for what ifs. I deserve to be whole
