Too low and no prominent inframammary crease - Are my implants bottoming out? (Photos)

I feel like my implants are too low. I do not have a prominent inframamary crease anymore. My nipples also seem to have the characteristic upward position that happens when implants bottom out. I have an appointment with my surgeon, but I want to get some other opinions while I wait for that.

This is not something you want to hear but having implants as large as yours place you at risk for symmastia or problems with tissue stretching. Having future problems is almost inevitable. You may want to consider downsizing your implants at some point.
