Hi & thanks for your question. You can do 2 things, Call your surgeon office and they should be able to help you out with this. You can also call Allergan directly to find out if this is covered under your warranty. Best of luck!
Natrelle implants are covered by a lifetime replacement policy that should provide a new implant regardless of the cause. Contact your plastic surgeon to initiate the claims process.
If you have purchased extended warranty in the time of implant placement, you may be covered for accident related implant rupture. It is best to contact your original surgeon or contact Allergan (owner of Natrelle) with same question. They will need implant related data which were given to you on the card in the time of your surgery. Good luck.
Thank you for sharing your question. In most cases Natrelle's implant warranty does cover a set of replacement implants. Hope this helps.
Dear Harlow1911,if you had implant rupture, I suggest you to consult your plastic surgeon and discuss your options with him. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
Allergan implants do have a warranty if broken, both gel and saline. I would suggest getting in touch with your surgeon who can help you with this warranty.
Thanks for your question. Usually there is some warranty related to implant rupture, but what exactly is covered (i.e. surgeons's fee, operating room fees, implant cost) can depend on the age of the implant, and whether an extended warranty was purchased at the time of the original surgery. Check with the plastic surgeon who did the original breast augmentation. His/Her office should be able to get you the information you need.Best of luck!
Thanks for your question! I think some of this just depends on your goals and wishes. Were you able to try on implants at the visits? Pick the surgeon that you feel most comfortable with and express your concerns. Good luck!
It is very difficult t make good diagnosis based on these photos, but it appears that you have more of double bubble deformity than bottoming out? In person consultation, secondary opinion, with another board certified plastic surgeon, expert in breast surgery, is recommended. Good luck.
I would guess that it would be fine to do this using careful, gentle motions. I would confirm this with your surgeon as he or she may have reasons to strictly limit your activity.
This may well reflect a pre-op difference. If you have pre-op photos you can do the comparison. The focus of a BA is usually to optimise cleavage and fullness, not move the nipple medially. There may well have been a tradeoff here if your nipples (especially the left) were relatively laterally...
Dear wanderbust, fat transfer breast augmentation is a viable alternative for women who desire larger breasts without the use of implants. Fat transfer is also widely used in reconstruction of the breast after a mastectomy or lumpectomy. It can also be very effective in correcting the size and...
Good afternoon, I perform over 250 XL augmentations a year- more than any other surgeon in the U.S., and undoubtedly you will get a lot of scorn with your question. Surgeons who don't "like" large implants will tell you that you're ruining your life. That's not really true- large and XL...
