I’ve researched online both silicone implants and breast fat transfer, but I’m unsure overall which carries less risk. 1) How likely is it that after breast transfer that your breasts will be of two different sizes/shape (due to up to 50% of the fat being absorbed back into the body? 2) When it comes to pregnancy, mammograms and weight loss do implants or breast transfer generally fair better? And why? 3) Lastly if you only want to go up by one cup size which is better procedure?
