What can I do to fix my weirdly shaped lips? (Photo)

Question

My lips have this weird divet on the bottom and I don’t know what to do to fix it, it makes it so my lipstick always looks uneven and my makeup always looks so ugly because of the weird shape. I would literally rather reduce them then have them fuller with the weird shape to be honest. I was wondering what I could to do fill in the weird gap in the bottom where it curves up and isn’t completely full or just have surgery to reduce it all together

Thank you for your questions and your photo. Before undergoing any surgery, you should consider and have a trial of some of the various HA products used for lip augmentation/filler. The Juvederm/Restylane families both have several long lasting products which may help provide you the correction you are looking for. Additionally, fat transfer may another option. Hope this helps.
