Age 20, male - how can I fix my smile/lower lip? (Photos)

I am a 20 year old boy. Basically, when i smile or laugh, or even talk, my lower lip moves inwards into my mouth, making it appear really awkward. Pair that with the unsymmetry on the right side of my smile, and it looks very very weird. Is there something that can be done to fix this?
