Is there anything permanent I can do to fix my lips? (photos)

Hi! I'm 18 and I'm kinda desperate: I've absolutely hated my lips for forever. They are so ugly. I've never seen any lips that look anything like mine before, and they make me so insecure and feel so ugly. Is there anything permanent that can be done to fix them, and if so, how? Thank you!

This scar may need to be surgically removed for the best outcome but fillers and lasers like ablative co2 can help. Fillers maybe able to camouflage for the short term. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer.
