Can my lip be corrected from mucocele removal? (Photo)

About 3 years ago, I had a mucocele removed on my bottom lip which left a lump of scar tissue. I then went back to get that scar tissue excised last August and now have a depression and bumpiness in my lip from some scar tissue that's left. Do you think it's possible for me to get the affected side back to or close to original?

Hello Victoria,Thank you for your question. This is a difficult problem and from the limited photos without a formal exam, it is tough to give a specific recommendation in your case.
There are several factors involved with the lip position and size. First we can't just assume it is the skin...
This scar may need to be surgically removed for the best outcome but fillers and lasers like ablative co2 can help. Fillers maybe able to camouflage for the short term. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer.
