Eyelid Repair - how can I fix my under eye following eyelid surgery? (Photo)

The inner portion of my eye appears to droop and my under eye is caving in following an under eye blepharoplasty a while back. How can this be corrected?

You have had two prior lower eyelid surgeries. This means that your subsequent repair will be more complicated because resources have been used. Still, I have successfully repaired very complex lower eyelids which have been subject to much more eyelid surgeries. Each situation is unique....
