- midface lifting with SOOF or deep-plane suspension
- infraorbital rim implant
- lower eyelid spacer grafts (such as hard palate or auricular cartilage)
- fat grafting to augment the infraorbital rim and cheek
- orbital decompression may be considered in severe cases to reduce proptosis
