You have had two prior lower eyelid surgeries. This means that your subsequent repair will be more complicated because resources have been used. Still, I have successfully repaired very complex lower eyelids which have been subject to much more eyelid surgeries. Each situation is unique. Generally we repair these lower eyelids one at a time.
