Hello doctors, I am considering a revision rhinoplasty to remove silicone implant and define the shape of my nose. I’ve been researching the various methods to build dorsum after the implant removal and am feeling unsure. Is anyone familiar with the new push-up technique using the sub dorsal cantilever graft? Do you recommend it over DCF or onlay?
