I have a palpable bump on the left side of my nasal tip, accompanied by a dip towards the nostrils. It seems that an excessive removal of the lower lateral cartilages occurred during surgery, and a graft was placed in my left nose cartilage, although I'm unsure why, as my nose was previously symmetrical. The dip is only visible from a top view and not from the nostril perspective. My doctor recommends alar rim grafts under local anesthesia (LA). Will these grafts reduce the noticeable bump?
