My buttocks is assyemtrical- the right side is bigger than the left. I had liposuction completed 10 years ago to remove fat from the right gluteal fold however it has not been successful with giving more symmetry. Is there a procedure that can help give more symmetry? This has been a massive struggle of mine for so many years… appreciate any and all feedback.
Answer: Achieving a more symmetrical butt Based on your photos, a BBL is likely the best option for you. Rather than attempting to decrease the size of the larger buttock with lipo, a BBL will allow a plastic surgeon to plump the smaller buttock. A skilled and experienced surgeon should be able to help you achieve symmetry in this way. Of course, you will need to have a consultation with a plastic surgeon to confirm that a BBL will do the trick. A reputable surgeon won’t make any promises until they have actually examined you.

Answer: Achieving Symmetrical Butt Thank you for your question. If you want to achieve a more symmetrical butt, you have two options: BBL or butt implants. BBL involves the removal of fat from other areas of the body through liposuction, which is then transferred to the buttocks. This procedure can help enhance the size, shape, and symmetry of your buttocks while also sculpting the areas where fat is removed. BBL is known to produce natural-looking outcomes. However, if you don't have enough body fat to undergo BBL, silicone butt implants may be an alternative. These implants are firm and flexible, resulting in a more pronounced and symmetrical augmentation. The choice between these two methods depends on factors such as the amount of accessible fat, the degree of asymmetry, and your personal preferences.

Answer: More symmetrical butt Dear Sociable508117, based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: BBL Hello dear. A BBL (Brazilian Butt Lift) is an excellent option for you, as it will help you improve symmetry in your buttocks, as this procedure not only increases the volume of the buttocks, but also allows the surgeon to shape them to improve their shape and symmetry. You can write to us at 829-554-6062 to get an evaluation and determine the amount of fat you have available, since you mentioned that you had liposuction before.
