Symmetry or the lack of is typically based on bone structure.
Based on your picture, it looks like maybe one of your legs is longer than your brother.
I think your right leg and thigh may be longer than the left side.
You may want to have your leg length measured.
I don’t think this is going to be corrected with liposuction or manipulation of soft tissues.
If one leg is substantially longer than you may want to consider shoe inserts, especially if you’ve had any issues with back problems.
